Alec joined Performant in 2023 as an Associate and is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Performant, Alec was an Analyst at AGC Partners, working on sell-side M&A transactions focused on software, SaaS, and tech-enabled services. Alec holds a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
