Jamie joined Performant in 2025 as an Senior Associate and is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Performant, Jamie was an investment banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey working on private equity sell-side M&A transactions focused on software, SaaS and tech-enabled services. Jamie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an MA from the University of Edinburgh.
