Nora joined Performant in 2025 as an Investment Analyst and is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Performant, Nora was an Investment Analyst at Adams Street Partners working on private equity investments across both fund and company-level transactions. Nora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan.
